Terms and Conditions :

  1. Willing and eligible candidates are encouraged to submit a hand written application along with the attested copies of  documents (Educational certificates, National Identity Card, Domicile, Experience Latter and Disability certificate etc).
  2. Age of applicat will be considered from the last date for applications submission.
  3. 5 years age relaxation is granted in Upper age limit, however female candidates will be given extra 3 years relaxation in Upper age limit.
  4. Daily wages will be paid according to Government rules and regulations. 
  5. Incomplete application or application with false entries  will not be considered.
  6. Application complete in all sense must be submitted in Chief Executive Officer (CEO) health department Faisalabad during office hours.
  7. Online application submission will not be accepted. 
  8. No TA/ DA to be paid.
  9. DHA has the right to reject any application without telling any detail.
  10. Applicants of district Gujranwala will be given Preference.
  11. Last date to apply is JULY 18, 2022.
  12. Applications received after dew date will not be considered.
  13. Candidates should have an Android phone.

Interviews:

  1. Interviews for female candidates will be held on July 25, 2022 at District Health Authority office,  Faisalabad.
  2. Interviews for male candidates will be held on July 25, 2022 at District Health Authority office, Faisalabad

 Lahore: The ICC Men's T20 World Cup and the public cricket crew against England has been declared. This was declared by Chairman Selection Committee Muhammad Wasim while holding a public interview in Lahore.
