Job Details

1. Director General (Information Technology)

Basic Pay Scale (BPS) =20

Max Age=50 years

QUALIFICATION:

 Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems (RS & GIS) or equivalent in a related field and PhD in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems (RS & GIS) or a related field.

Experience:

10-years or more experience in IT or (RS & GIS) or related field.

2. Director (Inventory Automation)

Basic Pay Scale (BPS) =19

Max Age=45 years

QUALIFICATION:

01 Bachelor of Science (Mathematics, Physics) or Bachelor of Science (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Education) or equivalent with at least 70 % marks and MS degree in Energetic 

Materials Engineering (preferred) or equivalent with CGPA of 3.7 or above out of 4 CGPA.

and

Technical Qualification: 

Course/ Certificate/Qualification from an institution in:

• Management Techniques.

• Inventory Management.

• Inspection and Quality Control.

• Logistics Management.

OR / and (preferably)

Course/Certificate from an institution in:

• Logistics Management.

• Materials/ Supply Chain Management.

• Human Resource Management.

Experience:

12-years or above experience in a reputed organization

OR

• 10 years or more experience of inventory / warehouse management and related 

procedures in a reputed organization.

• Proficient Skills in handling MS Office (Power Point, MS Word, Excel).

• Inspection and Quality Control experience is an added advantage.

3. Director (Geographical Information System & Communication)

Basic Pay Scale (BPS)= 19

Max Age=45 years

QUALIFICATION:

01 BS or BS (Hons) 4 years in Telecommunication or related field and Masters (MS 18 years) degree or equivalent in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems (RS & GIS) or a related field;

OR

BS Remote Sensing & Geographical Information System or related field and Masters (MS 18 years) degree or equivalent in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems (RS & GIS) or a related field

OR

BS Remote Sensing & Geographical Information System or related field and Masters (MS 18 years) degree or equivalent in Telecommunication or a related field from HEC recognized Institute / International University with at least %70 marks or CGPA 3.25 and above out of 4 CGPA (18 Years education).

Experience:

One year of experience in Telecommunication and 1 year of experience in RS & GIS 

4. Director (Property Management cell)

Basic Pay Scale (BPS) = 19

Max Age=45 years

QUALIFICATION:

BS or BS (Hons) 4 years in Telecommunication, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Sciences or related field and Masters (MS 18 years) degree or equivalent in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems (RS & GIS) or a related field

OR

BS Remote Sensing & Geographical Information System or related field and Masters (MS 18 years) degree or equivalent in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems (RS & GIS), Computer Science, IT or a related field

OR

BS Remote Sensing & Geographical Information System or related field and Masters (MS 18 years) degree or equivalent in Telecommunication or a related field from HEC recognized Institute / International University with at least %70 marks or CGPA 3.25 and above out of  4 CGPA (18 Years education).

Experience:

5 years experience in a reputed organization will be preferred.

5. Director (Research and Development)

Basic Pay Scale (BPS) = 19

Max Age=45 years

QUALIFICATION:

Ph.D or Master (MS 18 years) degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equal degree in a related field from HEC recognized Institute / International University with at least %70 marks or equivalent 

CGPA (18 Years education or above).

Any certification from the followings from well reputed institutes.

• Microsoft Certification in Azure, SQL Server, C++, Asp.Net or equivalent.

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP, Developer Track, ERP, JavaEE, JavaSE or 

equivalent.

• Full stack Developer in JAVA, PHP, C++, VB.Net Python, React Native Laravel -

Framework or equivalent.

Technical Qualification is not mandatory for PhD 

Candidates.

Experience:

• One year experience (PhD Candidates) of programming or system analysis in a 

reputed organization will be preferred but not mandatory.

• 5 years of experience (MS Candidates) of programming or system analysis in a well known organisation.

2. Age of applicat will be considered from the last date for applications submission.
3. 5 years age relaxation is granted in Upper age limit, however female candidates will be given extra 3 years relaxation in Upper age limit.
4. Daily wages will be paid according to Government rules and regulations. 
5. Incomplete application or application with false entries  will not be considered.
6. Application complete in all sense must be submitted to Director General (Recruitment), B-26 WAPDA House, Lahore through courier / postal service within 15 days of publication of advertisement during office hours.
7. Online application submission will not be accepted. 
8. No TA/ DA to be paid.
